use driver AMD Radeon Pro Enterprise 20.Q2、Q3、Q3.1，the test tool will not work in full screen mode.

but work on window screen mode or Radeon Adrenalin 2020 Edition.

window screen mode 10-bit quantization display is the same as 8-bit quantization.

need to manually open FirePro advanced settings and enable 10-bit pixel format support
