Lambda: Publish Archetype #14

When an Archetype is saved to the Archetypes folder, Then generate an HTML monograph file in the main site, And update the Archetype Index.

FWIW I'm working on better docs in issue #5, to communicate my thinking, the architecture, and the vocabulary, as well as an overview of "how it works". I'll link them from the wiki when they are done. I have sequence diagrams and everything! :)

This issue is a placeholder right now, but the code is mostly done already in https://github.com/veselosky/bluebucket/blob/master/src/bluebucket/bluebucket/json.py -- I just need to shape it a bit so it fits with the other pieces of the system. Details to come, hopefully soon.
