404 Error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Shorten URL
2.Clicking On The Shortened URL
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For It Redirect to the desired site, However it comes up with 404 error, My 
host is a free one for the time being (000webhost) however im looking to 
change, i have followed every thing from other '404 error' Issues, however none 
have worked :(

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.4.2 (Newest) Google Chrome
