Imrovement with addthis.com #123

made changes to html/index_done.php and html/header.php to work with addthis.com

first visit (register if you want, but not necessary) 
https://www.addthis.com/get-addthis

in the text box you will see one of the lines have a script code
at the end of the url it says addthis_widget.js#pubid=xa-numbers 

if you register it is called your profile id and will be ra-numbers

copy the pubid value (just the xa/ra-numbers) (ex:xa-4e2eb0e525e2286c) to the 
$pubid value in index_done.php

You can also change, in the addthis button begin, the description and title. I 
created something very generic. 

save both files to your html folder

that's it. very minimal

Sorry, I've had a hellishly busy life as of late and haven't had time to look 
at phurl in a while.

This is a great contribution, and I'll look to include addthis in v3, which I'm 
finally working on properly now. Thanks.
