Enhancement: A settings switch for showing images in the timeline #211

Since all images are loaded and shown directly in the timeline and not in the single tweet view, Tweetian has become my main bandwidth hog.

It would be great if in the settings I would have an option to control if the images should be loaded in the timeline or not.
