写入有中文时,默认使用getBytes()获取字符数组,在windows下默认为gbk，导致字符编码不一致，写入乱码

Thanks for your contribution~ Could you please process the conflict and add new interfaces on the base of original interfaces? That means DO NOT change the original interfaces, so the change will not confluence old users.
