Global purge doc #7757

It would be interesting to have a way to remove an index from a cluster of Vespa nodes.

A bit like what is described here: https://docs.vespa.ai/documentation/reference/vespa-cmdline-tools.html#vespa-remove-index.

Only it would purge the documents from all the nodes of the cluster (if executed on a config node for example).

I was thinking that adding a filter on the document type to remove could be interesting too.
