Allow folks to filter their notifications. If I'm not interested in, say, updates related to the Vats, I'd like to be able to filter these out. : )

I'd like to be able any time my personae are mentioned, and I'd like to receive notification of the change in status of any of my own personae. I think I'd also like to mark another persona as "watched" meaning that I will receive notifications whenever the status of that persona changes. Maybe it might be a good idea to be able to mark tribes or jobs/classes as "watchable" (or be able to combine them: notify me whenever the status of any persona marked as "tribe" + "class" changes).

As you are so ably demonstrating the notification system is like a whole job in itself -- keep the ideas coming here and we'll prioritize based on feedback. Right now my biggest priority is getting "high value" updates out to people's whatsapp/telegram/discord/SMS/whatever. I think that means bids on personas you own and showing up in the vats. Plus probably conclusion of a vat infusion for a persona you contributed.

That said, for beta, we turned on notifications about anything happening ANYWHERE, and these will quiet down to only personas you own at launch.
