Make columns in substitution group editor resizable #102

Use a tree instead of a listbox, like in the options dialog.

What "Tree"? By "Options dialogue" do you mean the initial "FoxReplace options" 
window? If so, I am desperately waiting for it to work like in the main window 
where we can resize columns but it did not happen in the latest release 0.15.0

Mind you the *windows* are now resizable (thanks) so that helps in the meantime.

The tree is a type of XUL element, similar to a listbox (another type of XUL 
element) but more versatile. It allows to resize, show/hide, and reorder 
columns, among other things. It would also allow to fix issue 124.

And the "options dialog" is the "FoxReplace options" windows, you're right.
