Inconsistent Shortcuts

In the sub-page called Substitution Group Editor
"Alt-M" is the move-up shortcut and
"Alt-V" is the move-down shortcut
which works mnemonically because V looks like a down pointer
and M looks an up pointer (doubly so).
(Thanks for restoring this after experimenting otherwise in Beta).

Why is it different in the main Options page?
"Alt-M" is iMport from URL there but if you were to change it to
"Alt-U" that would free up the shortcut to restore the consistency... please.

PS I don't know if I labeled this post correctly as "Type-Task".

Well, I think that the shortcuts in both windows have never been consistent :P

I notice this was not adopted in the latest release :( Hey, anyone else using 
shortcuts? If so, please give Marc some encouragement otherwise it is pointless 
bothering just for me, the only user. Maybe if there was consistency, then 
there would be more people bothering to remember/use the shortcuts?
