Mas OSX Options Window cannot be closed or moved #109

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the Options menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output would have the Options menu have a red close button on the 
top left corner.  Instead, the red, yellow, and green buttons are hidden and I 
cannot move the Options window either.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the latest version of FoxReplace (0.14.0).  I am using OSX Mountain 
Lion with a 15" MacBook Pro with Retina Display.  Note that this issue does not 
happen with Windows 7 or Linux Ubuntu (I have the three major operating 
systems).

Please provide any additional information below.
