Update FoxReplace Help (help.dtd)

The hotkey for replace bar in version 0.15.0b1 is F8. What the function of 
fxrReplaceBarHtmlButton? What's the difference between "No", "Output only", and 
"Input & Output"?

Oh yes, I forgot to update the help, sorry. Thanks for the report!

"No" means that the substitution doesn't touch HTML (like the unchecked HTML 
checkbox in previous versions). "Output only" means that it doesn't change 
original HTML but it can add new HTML (e.g. add  to make a word bold). "Input & 
output" means that it can change original HTML and insert new HTML (like the 
checked HTML checkbox in previous versions).
