Auto-replace on Page Load

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I haven't identified the exact steps but I'm writing it here quickly since I am 
busy.

1. Tick auto-replace on page load (either through toolbar or options)
2. Restart browser
3. Click foxreplace on toolbar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: A tick on auto-replace on page load (as it was selected previously)
Actual: No tick in the toolbar, only through options.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.16.0, Windows 7 SP1 64 bit
