2.1 Integration: Support ModuleMapLinkInterface #62

webtrees now has custom map link providers mechanism. These are currently ignored in this module.

Option for the custom tab: a) Include them always in map links? b) add option to include them?

Also, should we register ourself as ModuleMapLinkInterface to provide map links in the original tab?
