Setup scripts #12

There should be scripts available for easy setup of new experiments. There should also be templates available for different types of experiments as the setups might differ slightly. Setup of online sort should also be 'dynamic' in that sense that the user should be able to do changes with relative ease to fit their setup.

Scripts for updating and changing the experiment is added. Need to add a short description of where these should go and how they work.
