No read out unless multiple XIA modules are booted #7

Currently the code won't read out XIA modules unless three or (maybe more) modules are booted and started in list mode.

It seems like the system won't read out unless all modules in the crate are booted and running.

Think it is related to the clock synchronization, as all modules need to be booted for the clock to synchronize. I don't think we can fix this from our end, thus I'm closing this issue.
