Select channels #328

Bas,

now we can select channels per country or category to be shown in the XOT Uzg 
interface. I would like to see the possibility to select only the specific 
channels you want. For example, I like some Internet or English channels, but 
not all of them. It would remove the clutter and makes your channel list more 
personal.

That sounds reasonable. I have to figure out how to do that within the current 
XBMC settings. Let me think that one over and see what comes out.

Ok, I implemented this features. It's not perfect, but it does the trick. Will 
be in the next version.
