123video.nl and vrtnieuws not working #429

What channel are you trying to watch?
123video.nl and vrtnieuws

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of XBMC are you using? On what operating system?
XBMC Eden on OSX (ATV)

They added encryption to 123Video. It will be hard. VRT I am looking into.

I managed to work around the 123video encryption. Will be able to fix the 
channel soon.

Please try this new channel. 

IMPORTANT: you need to delete the "net.rieter.channel.videos" folder in your 
add-on folder first and then extract the attached zipfile. If you do not do 
that this fix will NOT WORK!

Please tell me what of VRT Nieuws is not working? It's not a channel, so to 
what channel does it belong?

First of all thanks you for your efforts.
I tried the new video-channel; it now fetches correctly all the available 
items, I can see the picture preview of the videos but it is not capable of 
showing it.

Concerning the vrtnieuws, it doesn't do or show anything at all it is also the 
same for the canvas channel; één on the other hand works flawlessly. I 
included the latest log file for you.

Please attach a debug uzg(plugin).log (see here 
http://www.rieter.net/pages/XOT:Troubleshoot) after playing an 123video item. 

About the VRT Nieuws: there is no such channel. So please tell me where I can 
find it?

Did you by the way completely delete the old channel 
"net.rieter.xot.channel.video" before updating the 123video channel? It is 
essential.

Apparently you did not extract all folders from the archive! There is a 
net.rieter.xot.channel.videos\.update folder in the root of the zip file, that 
did not get copied correctly. Please delete the net.rieter.xot.channel.videos 
again, and make sure that you copy all contents (including the .update folder) 
and then try again.

By default files and folders starting with a period are invisible on a Mac OSX 
system.
By I let XBMC install it from zip file so it should have been installed. 
Nevertheless I did it again by manually dragging it to the required position. 
Result is the same nothing to see.
New log files included.

I can now clearly see the updates being install correctly, so that is a good 
thing. But just to be clear: you installed it using XBMC and the ".update" 
folder was not copied by XBMC. Because that means I need to fix my "small 
patch" method.

Besides that: We are having bad luck: go to http://www.123video.nl/ and see the 
"400 bad request" error: http://imgur.com/QnKDCbb

Please try again after the site is up again.

Very nice to hear this. in order to get this released, I need to do a full XOT 
release. So it might take some time. probably friday or sunday.
