You should have attached a debug uzgplugin.log. See here how to get one:

Any luck getting a logfile? I was thinking that it might be related to disabled
channels. Are you by any chance running XOT with some channels disabled via
settings?

Sorry - I've been otherwise occupied.
Attached are my two latest log files.
Yes, I disabled all non-dutch and non-english channels.

Btw. Sorry: the visible part of the issue report template looks pretty default;
the instructions to upload the uzgplugin.log file are only readable if you
scroll down. I assumed you didn't change it much and deleted it without reading
:S.

These are not DEBUG logs. Please re-read
http://www.rieter.net/content/xot/troubleshooting/#Log_level_settings (all of
it), enable debug logging for XOT, run XOT and then post new log files.

Besides that, it seems that your deployment is stuck. Could you please
completely remove your "net.rieter.xot.<anything except repository>" folders
from "C:\Users\SkyLined\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\" and reinstall via the
repository and try again.
