Gold ingots #8

I need someone to check to see if gold ingots can be creates, if so what the rate is on them. If not we should locate or create code to support the creation of gold ingots. The exchange rate will be 10 to 1 unless the person is gm mining in which case 5 to 1.

Gold ingots are in-game but are created from gold ore which apparantly can be mined. We would need to take out gold ore and make it so you can smelt a stack of coins instead. I disagree with GM mining smelting 2x on gold, which didn't happen on CG. Just ores.
