Since Exim does not allow us to easy issue a SET NAMES statement after connecting to the DB, we're currently QP-encoding the vacation message before storing it into the database, and then QP-decoding it before displaying in the UI. This plugin should do the same.
I'm not sure what's the 'official' way to do that in RoundCube, so I'm filing this as a ticket.
