Fixing two config file versions is a mess. Can we somehow compile the monolithic file from the split files automatically?

It would be great. But the syntax must not be to debian-specific that it will also run on systems like FreeBSD. The versions are not completely compatible yet: https://github.com/vexim/vexim2/issues/109 https://github.com/vexim/vexim2/pull/143
