started adding Enterprise Linux install information and distro specif… #172

Rebased my own personal repo and started adding RHEL specific stuff to the instructions. Need to get enterprise linux working and documented as it's the biggest linux server market on the web.

The focus for the 2.3-release is on the code. I do not intend to block the release because of that, so let's put it in the 2.3.1-milestone or even without milestone? Documentation does not add features or remove bugs.

decided to close this request and take a proper look at the documentation and see if this can be done cleaner and simpler.
