As a developper using vexip-ui/nuxt, I want to be able to :
Set the initial locale by vexip-ui in nuxt.config.ts
Change the locale used by vexip-ui via a helper (Since we don't have access to app)
Why ? Because otherwise, we have to place a config-provider at the root of the app to provide the locale. I placed mine in app.vue, but it feel king of messy.
Suggested solution
Add an option called "initialLocale" to the module, so we can pass a locale to vexip without having to use a config-provider.
Add a helper function to change the locale, for the same reason.
Alternative
Add documentation about how to setup a config-provider in app.vue, or any cleaner solutions.
