(Feature request) Allow channels to exclude "unplayed content" from Plex #401

Hi,

This feature request, in short, is an option to have dizqueTV to exclude unplayed media when creating TV channels. This is a parity request that actually comes from Kodi's PseudoTV, where it would ignore unplayed media on channel scheduling.

Unsure of the exact difficulty to implement here as I don't know whether dizqueTV requests this type of information from Plex today.

When you say "ignore unplayed media" do you mean that it would only build and play channels of media thats already been previously viewed?
