Ability to schedule bumpers in Flex breaks #75

I would like to be able to schedule a specific video at the start and end of each Flex break, much like a TV channel might do "After these messages, we'll be right back" at the start of the flex break and "Now back to the show" at the end of the flex break.

I'll simplify this request... for me... I just want a bumper to be added at the start or end of every video... that's it... a "you're watching psyTV" simple few second video.... =)

I would like to bump this, as well as expand on how I see this feature. Many channels use use a bumper immediately after a show before commercials begin. The ability to pick a specific file (not just a randomized item from a filler library) to immediately follow show X in the timeslot function would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps, for each timeslot, a "pre" slot and a "post" slot where you can chose a specific video would be the way to do it on a UI level. This would add the ability to add "after these messages" or "now back to X." It would also allow for the airing of special blocks (like Cartoon Network's Miguizi, Toonami, etc) within a channel, rather than as a separate channel, or specific events (Cartoon Network Fridays) where events happened in a specific order, and thus specific files need to be picked for each bump. It would also open up the ability for a sign on clip (transitioning from Adult swim to Cartoon Network, for example).
