Will not play media #81

Hello all. I set this up using the Windows binary. Put it and the ffmpeg in the same folder. Added ffmpeg to path system variable. Set up one channel with 10 episodes. Input the XML data into Plex in order to add it to the live channels. It saw the channel and added it. However, if I attempt to play it, I get an error saying "Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna." I can see the channel on a different device when I pull up Plex, but still cannot play it.

If there is another place for these questions where I can troubleshoot, please let me know and I'll post there.

@aujbman Plex is not the best program for IPTV streams due to issues like these.
