Things in this branch:

project rearrangement

All functional code is not situated in the passout project, this is just sensible and it would have been hard to use a setup file otherwise.

Makefile
- virtualenv creation/installation
- testing
- project cleaning
python setup file
unit test improvements/fixes

The binary link is now created automatically by the setup.py ("passout"), this means when this branch is merged, previous binary links need removing and the project reinstalling (now via either the usual setup.py or pip methods).
