Within Quincy ceph-volume has been moved to his own package. So at https://github.com/vexxhost/ansible-collection-ceph/blob/main/roles/osd/tasks/main.yml#L17C11-L17C11 is missing the package ceph-volume.

this has been fixed in 2.2.0
