Support monitor type "heartbeat" #14

As it is already opened in the original repository it would be nice to have this HEARTBEAT monitor implemented.

The API mentions the Monitor Heartbeat type with the value 5

1 - HTTP(s)
2 - Keyword
3 - Ping
4 - Port
5 - Heartbeat

I'm studying the Hashicorp SDK to try to contribute in my free time, but then I would need sometime.

At this point I'm wondering if OneUptime (an open source alternative to UptimeRobot, BetterStack, etc) will release an official TF provider before this issue gets resolved.
