Notifications are send to to bare jid for all resources #301

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have nofitifacion address that is logged on with multiple resources
2. Login with GTalkSMS
3. Get Welcome message n times, where n is the number of online resources

What is the expected output?
Only once

What do you see instead?
n times

Additional informations:
Phone model: HTC Desire Z ICS CM9

I can't test if the problem happens every time i get notified because of 
https://code.google.com/p/gtalksms/issues/detail?id=300

I think is also related to the startup issue.
Do you have the sames issues with the last version?

Closing this issue because it's probably a side effect.
