Issue can be observed in ws version 1.5.4

Proposal File email_body_txt_m4.txt should be renamed to for example todays_scraped_listed_ads_data.txt

Multiple files are affected ❯ grep -l email_body_txt_m4.txt * df_cleaner.py. <<< creates sendgrid_mailer.py <<< uses
