how to install c3d on centos 7 #2

I have downloaded c3d nightly version c3d-1.3.0-Linux-gcc64 and installed itk through pip install itk. My question is how to proceed now in order to install c3d on my computer, whose feature are:

I suggest asking at https://sourceforge.net/projects/c3d/ , this is my fork of convert 3d and it's modified to work with minc-toolkit
