Feature request: make reference date configurable per restriction instance #5

It would make your plugin even more useful to have the global setting availability_days | referencedate as a default value and to be able to set the reference date "course startdate" | "user enrolment date" per restriction instance. Plz comment - we would also assist you at making these changes.
