The content of the field "fitemtitle" is hidden by the block "htmleditor" since this one take all the width of the settings page. So it not possible to know for what this htmleditor is made for.

This is for the block "fitem_id_result" with the class "fitem fitem_fhtmleditor "

Maybe this is because htmleditor is now deprecated as we see it in : https://docs.moodle.org/dev/lib/formslib.php_Form_Definition#html
