Import and export of offline songs. #1877

Steps to reproduce the bug

While you need to transfer all your songs to a new device, you need to backup first and restore in the new device. But even then it has the data of what the songs are but doesn't have the songs downloaded/ in offline mode(i.e, we need to listen to them again to make them offline).

Expected behavior

The songs should be downloaded and transferred to the new device making all of them in offline.

Actual behavior

It just transfers the data of what the songs are but I need the songs transferred into offline playlist so that I don't have to download again wholely.

Its not designed to export offline songs as they are stored in application cache.
