Can't able to rearrange musics on vi music in playlists #2014

Steps to reproduce the bug

Create any new Playlist
ADD MUSICS
TRY TO REARRANGE BUT IT WILL BACK TO NORMAL HOW YOU ADDED

Expected behavior

It should rearranged and remain that way I rearranged

Actual behavior

It back to original how I added.
