exit status does not reflect success or failure of commands #347

This makes it VERY DIFFICULT to use the command line tool for scripting!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. google picasa post "bad album" *.JPG
  (where "bad album" is a non-existent album)
2. notice the exit status of 0!

Using 0.9.11.

This has been ever so slowly making its way into the trunk, but definitely 
needs to happen.
