The conversion of these simple strats to use the unlocksDoors strats will make them more accurate and cleaner to use.
As this PR is large and boring, I'll explain its specifics:
Add gadoraMissiles and gadoraSuper to the unlocksDoors, and remove gray doors from it; see strats.md.
Clean up m3-room.schema.json by removing nodeSubType of one-way (not used), grey (now using gray, which also existed) and removing the requirement of some globally unique names (which we havent been following anymore).
Rename all uses of grey to gray, as they were not used consistently. Enemy names were not adjusted.
Remove the vast majority of colored door locks, and added an exit from Ceres Ridley using a PB
The colored doors that were not yet touched:
Electric Death Top Left: this is oddly blue and turns red when Phantoon is killed
Flyway: this is red and turns blue in the escape
All gray doors including those that turn grey for the escape
Bowling Middle Left Door: this is blue and turns grey when Phantoon is killed
