I also added h_canShineChargeMaxRunway for places with 45 shinecharge tiles. I was worried these could have been confusing on strats with limited runways, such as stutter water shinecharges, x-mode shinecharges, etc.
I'm thinking getBlueSpeed strats with more than 40 ish tiles could be just converted to SpeedBooster. I didn't do that yet, because I still need to go through all strats with SpeedBooster and see if any of them need to be converted to canShineCharge or getBlueSpeed.
