The only one I know of that Samus can still fall into is Electric Death Room, which is nontrivial to get out of itemless, but only requires a down grab (or Phantoon not killed). I wasn't sure if it was worth adding.
I'm thinking I'll add some with enemy damage next, then I'll add the g-mode strats after all of the spawn ats are done.
