We have to decide on a Git flow #2

This should be the first step. We cannot move forward without taking a common decision about this.

We should also set up CI.

Let's connect with Travis CI and see if this project compiles. @Ilya-Gh could you please investigate if it's even possible. @egor-n I would love to see the proposal on the git workflow. @thelvis4 please review the commit message in #1

IMPORTANT Every decision should be discussed first on the meeting. Please reply which time works for you, so that we can proceed further on the meetings (daily/weekly/biweekly) schedule.
