Define a procedure for 1:1 meetings #3

The general feeling is that we don't communicate enough. We have to decide on how often do we meet for 1:1 meetings (I propose to have this daily to ensure a good communication) and how long should these meeting last for (I propose to have them as long as possible). The longer and more often, the better. 👍

Due to lack of the communication we ended up with PR #1. It had to be discussed first. Sorry.
