Website for time tracking #5

What if we create a website and publish it via gh-pages? This website will have a simple UI:

This way people can track the time burned and we can have analyze further this data (on next meetings). If people burn not enough time as we expect, we can schedule another meeting to discuss the solution.

Sounds doable, @vgaidarji can you schedule a meeting for this, and then another one to discuss git workflow and people assigned to this project.
