Hello,

I ran make without any errors but when I try to run I get the error Illegal instruction (core dumped). Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Ouch, this has been unanswered for a while :) sorry for that. It is not possible to debug it without the input command line: in such situations a likely cause is wrong lipid index specification or lipid number definition
