Replace Aqara FP1 with Everything Smart Home sensor #105

The sensor mentioned here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=boWsjJlgzag is WiFi based and has an added PIR + illuminance sensor! This could potentially remove the need for Aqara P1s and extra illuminance sensors.
