"Other Name" field on organizations #233

Some studios/circles mainly use an english written name (like IOSYS or KLAMNOP) but will sometimes be creditted in japanese characters, despite the usual more common english writing. Adding a field that would let you add such readings would make it easier for users to search for alternative writings while ensuring they are indeed on the database. For example, searching イオシス does not fetch IOSYS, despite being present in the DB.

Also, hirgana readings of organization names should be searchable as well. nstz: "artist reading search if added should probably be an advanced search thing, rather than getting added to the main search"
