Scale tooltip with browser zoom percent #516

When using higher resolutions (3480x2160), I find myself using the browser zoom function to zoom to an acceptable percentage to be able to easier read kanji. But the tooltips never scale with the percentage. I don't know how to do it in html but can we increase the size or zoom of the tooltip for easier reading on higher resolutions?

I think this is a browser issue, since we're just using the standard tooltips. It might be possible to do if we add our own tooltips instead.
