Ensure that twitter usernames match ^[A-Za-z0-9_]+$ during submission #552

There are some invalid Twitter usernames in the db which could be avoided by doing this (e.g. https://vgmdb.net/db/artists-history.php?id=32630, https://vgmdb.net/db/artists-history.php?id=15164, https://vgmdb.net/db/artists-history.php?id=14347).
