Remove or replace Limited Edition distribution type #88

The Limited Edition distribution type isn't really useful since it doesn't do anything to the original language fields, and it can't be used when the edition is something else which happens a lot of times.

It should be either removed and just switch current albums to use an edition like we do in the other albums right now, or replaced with something custom where we can move all the current edition types.

I think the main issue is that limited editions usually already have a special names to go along with them. Most exceptions I see are Anime Singles, where i tend to see a lot of the exact same names, but with different types/nothing hence why [Limited Edition] is a good case to find the difference between releases, i guess? And instead of the [Limited Edition] acting like it's part of the title, maybe make it visibly seperate, similarly to how we tend to add the Event name in a little darker box with the event name in it next to the release date?

I'd say that those entries should be ok keeping the [Limited Edition] title when they don't already have a special name, such as "FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE Original Soundtrack ~special edit version~".
